McGovern Worn & Co evolved from the practice originally styled as Bryan A Worn & Company which was founded in 1972. Growth in the practice has been partly organic and partly through acquisition.

We have a highly diversified client base which includes family owned businesses, large companies and subsidiaries of international groups. The sectors in which they operate include motor, construction, food, logistics and professional services. While our office is based in Drogheda and our clients are located country wide, our location adjacent to the M1 Motorway allows for easy access.

We offer a full range of services including compliance, taxation and business advisory. Our relationship with our clients is proactive, responsive and continuous. Our team includes managers who have been with us for many years. They are an important part of the process that allows us to work closely with clients and build trusted advisor relationships.
